About The Position
Dunwoody Village is seeking dedicated and caring LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join their team for Part-Time 11pm-7:30am, every other weekend schedule. Part Time Nurses should be able to participate in the holiday rotation and understand that they may be required to work on any of their various units. LPNs would provide professional supportive care to the residents of Dunwoody Village who reside in the Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas. They will be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of the physical, mental, and psycho-social needs of the resident to determine if further professional intervention is appropriate.
Requirements
- PA licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience
- Excellent assessment skills
- Point Click Care experience
Responsibilities
- Provide professional supportive care to residents in Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas.
- Evaluate and assess the physical, mental, and psycho-social needs of residents.
- Determine if further professional intervention is appropriate for residents.
