About The Position
The position follows standard work instructions and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Ensures the quality of the molds through a thorough cleaning, inspection and coating process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years practical training
- 1 year OJT
- Must concentrate mental and visual attention closely, eye-hand coordination for sustained periods
Nice To Haves
- Casting knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Mold disassembly, cleaning and surface preparation, inspection, coating, assembly
- Repairs to mold as necessary
- Performs overhauls and cleaning
- Open communication with Team Leader
- Daily 5s activities
