Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong ability to follow safety regulations, read and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to pass and wear a respirator mask and hear a variety of warning alarms.
  • Forklift Certified or must be able to pass forklift training in order to obtain a certification.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.
  • Must be able to use a drum cart to move drums weighing up to 650 lb.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with batch compounding and/or manufacturing background is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to follow compounding procedures on batch cards to make batches or batch samples.
  • Provide accurate recording of activities, ingredients and other required information and data.
  • Properly return unused raw materials to proper storage areas.
  • Ensure that all drums and containers are properly sealed and labeled for shipping.
  • Ability to move drums and containers to the warehouse location of the facility in a safe manner.
  • Ensure that work environment is clean, warehouse is proper and organized and isles are not blocked with raw materials or finished goods.
  • Provide light maintenance to prevent contamination such as cleaning vessels and equipment, replacing blades, filter bags and baskets on pumps.
