Requirements

High School Diploma/GED Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Minimum 2 years experience in roll-to-roll converting industry
Minimum 2 years experience with Solvent based coating deposition and working in a hazardous rated environment
Minimum 2 years experience manufacturing Paint Protection Films & Window Films
You understand and follow all safety procedures
You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility

Responsibilities

Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Perform preventative and routine maintenance
Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
Other duties as assigned
