About The Position
Carpenter Co. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator B - Rolls Manufacturing to join our team in Temple, TX. This is a 1st shift position starting at 10:00AM. You will safely and efficiently transport raw, unfinished, and finished foam roll products to support daily production and shipping schedules. You will operate manufacturing equipment, keep workstations clean and well-stocked, and navigate a busy warehouse environment. Success in this position requires clear daily communication with Quality Control, department personnel, and your manager to meet customer demands on time.
Requirements
- Forklift & Safety
- Ability to lift, carry, 35 to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance
- Flexibility to work Overtime
- Strong communication skills
