About The Position
This is an entry-level role in a manufacturing environment where you will support production operations. You will assist with packaging, material handling, basic testing, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Accuracy in documentation and adherence to safety procedures are key.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled preferred
- No prior manufacturing experience required (entry-level role)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Basic computer skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with packaging finished products, including preparing containers, labeling, and staging materials
- Support material transfers, including moving raw materials and finished goods within the facility
- Assist with basic product sampling and testing activities as directed
- Prepare equipment, containers, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety procedures when handling chemical products and equipment
- Accurately complete required documentation (e.g., labels, logs, basic tracking forms)
- Support inventory staging and material handling activities as needed
- Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform other general production support duties as assigned
