About The Position

What will you do:

Operate and monitor machines safely and in a manner to meet optimum
efficiency
Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols
Communicate issues clearly and work as part of a team
Maintain and service machine according to PMs
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Be on time, every time
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to work a 10-hour rotating schedule which will include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in all kinds of weather
• Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
• Ability to walk, stand, bend climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Reliable, consistent attendance
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Safety conscious
• Strong desire to be cross trained in other positions and learning new skills
