About The Position

Responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards. This role requires a higher level of technical knowledge than entry-level operators and may include equipment setup, process adjustments, training of new operators, and support for continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and operate production equipment.
• Basic computer skills a must.
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, strong communication, training capability, and commitment to safety and quality.

• Forklift certification if applicable
• Technical training in manufacturing operations
• Robot troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery, perform setups and changeovers, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production records.
• Perform inspections and support corrective actions.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Assist in training and mentoring operators and collaborate across functions.
