About The Position

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery- Production, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining product quality, food safety, and production standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Equipment operation knowledge with basic troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience operating automated production equipment.
Familiarity with production schedules, changeovers, and run orders.

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and process performance.
Monitor production processes and identify quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production operations.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and production procedures.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and operational goals.
