About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Operator 2, Warehouse Operations in Covington, GA! This overnight position (Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:30am) offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, metrics-driven warehouse environment. As a key player in our logistics operations, you’ll use advanced material handling equipment, such as forklifts and conveyors, to ensure efficient movement and storage of goods. Requirements

0-1 year of warehouse or related operational experience
Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts (completion of forklift questionnaire required upon application)
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Basic math skills for inventory and record-keeping tasks
Physical stamina to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and manual tasks
General computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Experience in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production
Prior training or certification in warehouse equipment operation

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials, assemblies, and finished products
Maintain accurate records of materials moved and stored within the warehouse
Perform routine warehouse tasks following established SOPs and quality guidelines
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and operational protocols
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
Participate in training for equipment operation and safety certifications as required
Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
