Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to accurately follow recipes, procedures, and food safety requirements
  • Ability to lift and dump 50‑lb. flour bags for short periods of time
  • Ability to pull wheeled dough bowls weighing approximately 1,000 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with temperature controls and sanitation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food manufacturing, baking, or mixing operations
  • Familiarity with dough mixing equipment or Rheon Lines
  • Experience documenting production or mixing data
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and scale ingredients accurately according to approved recipes and specifications
  • Operate and monitor mixing processes to achieve required time, temperature, and dough characteristics
  • Verify dough texture and consistency to ensure targeted quality standards are met
  • Monitor Rheon Line capacity to ensure dough mixes align with production limits
  • Maintain ingredient inventory control, including proper storage and cooler organization
  • Document mixing data accurately and maintain clean, sanitized mixing equipment and work areas
  • Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance by maintaining a clean workspace and reporting potential contamination or safety concerns
