We are seeking Regular Full-Time Mixing Operators for our Cadillac Plant in Cadillac, MI. This role involves undertaking the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting current operating instructions and management directives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon self-inspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions.
  • Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure on-time delivery of required parts.
  • Must report any defect or non-conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions.
  • Ensure product traceability.
  • May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, lines supply, inventory…) according to the management’s instructions.
  • Ensure personal and colleagues’ safety.
  • Maintain her/his workstation clean and tidy.
  • May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation.
  • Abide by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
  • Has a duty to preserve secrecy and confidentiality with respect to all the systems and data to which he can be granted access, within the normal framework of his function.
