About The Position
Operate and monitor the sawdust dryer, APV evaporator, calciners, and other processing equipment to support safe, efficient, and continuous production operations.
Requirements
- Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Abilility to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
- PFT & respirator fit test required
- Working at heights / climbing ladders
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to all HACCP food safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow and complete the Master Sanitation Schedule in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of processing equipment.
- Maintain current and accurate production logs and Master Sanitation Schedule documentation.
- Ensure compliance with air permit requirements related to cyclone operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
