Requirements
- Positive attendance history and reliability
- Excellent finger dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality parts
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Resume is required in order to be considered for this position
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
Responsibilities
- Assembling components
- Connecting components lead wires
- Assembling and attaching hardware
- Adjusting/trimming materials to achieve the right electrical characteristics
- Crimping, soldering, cementing, doing press fits or performing similar operations to join or secure parts in place
- Operating equipment in performing alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy and color coding
- Reading work orders and following production drawing and/or sample assemblies
