Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, including weekends
• Comfortable wearing steel toe or composite shoes
• Ability to pass an eye exam

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating injection molding presses (electric/hydraulic) preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail in product inspection and documentation
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience, especially injection molding
• Familiarity with GMP and controlled documentation
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance on production equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-cavity injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment to produce quality components
• Stack boxes and totes, bag material, and print labels for inventory management
• Conduct thorough product inspections and ensure consistent quality output
• Perform minor maintenance on assigned presses and request technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to GMP requirements
• Collaborate with team members to keep production running during breaks and absences
• Comply with all work instructions, forms, and preventive maintenance task lists
• Place surplus molded components into inventory
