About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Familiarity with injection molding presses (preferably both electric and hydraulic)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Willingness to wear steel/composite toe shoes and complete an eye exam

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with injection molding
• Knowledge of controlled documents and GMP compliance

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-cavity injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment to meet daily production targets
• Inspect molded components for quality and request technical support to maintain standards
• Stack boxes and totes, bag materials, and print labels for inventory management
• Conduct minor maintenance on assigned presses to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with GMP and safety requirements
• Collaborate with team members to keep equipment running during breaks and staff absences
• Accurately follow work instructions, equipment manuals, and preventative maintenance lists
• Perform thorough product inspections, making sound decisions regarding quality standards
