How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As an Operations Warehouse Admin, you will assist the inventory control team in documenting / updating / creating SOPs by functional areas within the warehouse. You will be involved in updating inventory part records in regard to obsolescence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MRP systems, production control and inventory control.
• Microsoft Office suite experience.
• Associate’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with fundamental warehouse procedures
• Lean manufacturing experience, including 5S.

Responsibilities

• SOP documentation / updating
• Part usage analysis
• Warehouse design and layout
• Kitting of parts for manufacturing and assembly
• Learn and perform testing to enhance system usage and support execution of material movement throughout two warehouse locations
• Assist in obsolescence review / removal from inventory and system update
• Lead other projects as assigned
