NPA plays an important role in assisting clients with liquidating inventory and maximizing returns. Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands. National Powersport Auctions is looking for an experienced professional to organize and prepare RV, Marine and Powersport product as necessary for Auction. This is a Dual Role De-Trashing and cleaning all product are critical pieces to the Inspection process that require a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the initial receiving, wash and detail of all powersport product and may be asked to assist with RVs, Campers and Marine product. This candidate will be familiar with handling powersports safely either by manually rolling the unit or with the use of a forklift and may be required to work overtime.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be able to maneuver and operate a 2 wheel motorcycle with expertise.
Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners and fuel fumes.
Must be able to push a rolling 900lb motorcycle with relative ease.
Must have reliable transportation for all seasons.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with handling powersports safely either by manually rolling the unit or with the use of a forklift.

Responsibilities

Powerwash all motorcycles, ATVs, SXS and other powersport product as soon as they are checked in.
Organize, maneuver and assist in loading/unloading all motorcycles, ATVs, SXS and other powersport product.
Install batteries and record transactions with company equipment.
Remove and Tag all personal property found inside saddle bags, storage compartments, etc.
Assist with staging units for Auction.
Verify that the vehicles are labeled and have keys.
Verify that vehicles have enough fuel in the tank and air in the tires to process an inspection.
Attach, zip-tie, keys to units.
Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with Detail/Battery and Vehicle Prep.
Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule.
Always be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
Company equipment must be used for company purposes only.
Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose.
Dress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual.
Always pick up after yourself.
Keep your work area neat and clean.
Always ask questions if you are unsure.
Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift.
Always return company equipment before end of shift i.e. handhelds, forklifts.
Always report safety related or damage issues with company equipment to management.
Always return keys immediately when finished using them.
Always report damage incurred while moving or operating inventory vehicles.
