About The Position

As part of Encore’s Training and Development team, the Operations Trainer plays a key role in bringing new partners onto Encore’s software applications, systems, and standard operating procedures. The primary goal is to ensure users are confident and capable when they log in, click around, and put Encore's tools to work in the field and in the office. The role involves working within newly onboarded partner companies to help teams understand how Encore works, how its systems fit together, and how to use them to enhance productivity and streamline processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people learn, translating technical concepts into everyday language, and witnessing "it finally clicks" moments.

Requirements

  • Experience in training or teaching, particularly in technology applications
  • Strong understanding of various software applications and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to travel up to 80 percent to various Encore locations to facilitate training sessions for newly onboarded partner companies

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering engaging in person or remote training sessions for groups ranging from Three to Forty participants
  • Designing user friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online resources
  • Assessing the training needs of employees and tailoring sessions accordingly
  • Providing one on one support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Gathering feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials
  • Collaborating with IT, data integrity, and application development teams to stay updated on new features and standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and user feedback
