About The Position

Join a fast-paced, science-driven team as an Operations Technician in Franklin, MA. Work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, supporting vital inventory and sample management within a regulated, growth-focused environment. Leverage your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum 18 months proven warehouse or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
Comfortable with physical work: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing up to 100 lbs
Proficiency with computers, including Windows and Microsoft Office
Strong English reading and writing skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant environments
Background in inventory control or life sciences
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or lean tools

Responsibilities

Receive, examine, sort, count, and store materials following established procedures
Pick, pack, and prepare samples and materials for storage and shipment
Utilize inventory management systems for accurate data entry and sample tracking
Compile and prepare routine reports and documentation
Maintain quality metrics and uphold GMP and Good Document Practice standards
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
Safely work in temperature-controlled environments (+4°C, -20°C, -40°C, -196°C)
Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
