About The Position
The Operations Technician Senior supports commercial lines operational and underwriting processes within established guidelines. The role handles a variety of basic to moderately complex policy transactions that support the review and acceptance or decline of new or renewal commercial lines business. The team member assists on behalf of underwriting, claims, and agents, and compiles and/or shares policy and coverage information for assigned lines of business and customers. The position ensures proper documentation and records management according to regulatory requirements and Sentry standards. The position is located in Sentry’s Strongs office in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Handle basic to moderately complex policy transactions supporting the review and acceptance or decline of new or renewal commercial lines business.
- Assist on behalf of underwriting, claims, and agents.
- Compile and/or share policy and coverage information for assigned lines of business and customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and records management according to regulatory requirements and Sentry standards.
