Operations Technician - Machinist

About The Position
This role involves using basic machining principles for material finishing, reading and interpreting customer and supplier drawings and specifications, and utilizing digital and non-digital measurement tools with a focus on dimensional accuracy and precision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physically able to lift to 40 lbs.
- Physically able to stand 8 hours or sit 8 hours, with or without accommodation.
- Must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience reading and understanding mechanical drawings is preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical ability is desired.
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is a plus.
