In this role, you’ll play an important part in providing dignified aftercare services for beloved pets while supporting pet parents with empathy and professionalism. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-related industry
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- A genuine passion for pets and empathy for grieving families
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Responsibilities
- Operating cremation equipment (retort) with care and precision
- Creating and packaging paw prints and memorial keepsakes
- Engraving plaques and memorial items
- Processing and packaging cremated remains with compassion and accuracy
- Performing quality control checks to ensure excellence in every step
- Monitoring equipment performance and reporting maintenance needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the care center
- Following all workplace safety procedures and protocols
- Supporting team goals and assisting with additional operational tasks as needed
