About The Position

Do you have a passion for pets and take pride in meaningful work that helps families during difficult moments? We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our Care Center team. In this hands-on role, you will help provide dignified aftercare services for beloved pets while supporting pet parents with care, respect, and professionalism. Working alongside a close-knit and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every pet is treated with compassion and every memorial item is handled with excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-related industry
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Genuine compassion, empathy, and respect for pets and their families
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Good problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to workplace safety and ethical practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Operating cremation equipment (retort) with care and attention
• Creating and packaging paw prints and memorial keepsakes
• Engraving plaques and personalized memorial items
• Processing and packaging cremated remains with accuracy and dignity
• Performing quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards
• Monitoring equipment performance and submitting maintenance requests as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all safety and operational procedures
• Supporting additional care center tasks as needed
