Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy is seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join the Operations Team and support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of our K–12 campus. This hands-on role helps maintain facilities and grounds, ensuring operational readiness so students and staff can focus on teaching and learning. Operations Team Members contribute across several areas of campus operations, including maintenance, custodial services, grounds support, transportation readiness, and event setup. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to serving the TJCA community.
