About the role As an Operations Team Lead you will be responsible for performing quality review, training employees, keeping procedures current, organizing and managing reporting. The Operations Team Lead is responsible for handling emails and phone inquiries from the field concerning processing status and other related inquiries. Additionally, the Operations Team Lead is responsible for the research and resolution of pending cases in order to affect new business. This position is also responsible for updating client accounts and performing necessary maintenance based on information received from the representative and/or clients and will assist with other related system cleanup projects, complete and document test results for new process. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the supervisor’s discretion.
