About The Position

Direct the work of teammates and work closely with the Specialty Ops Management team. Acts as training mentor for their assigned team. Create and/or improve workflows and disseminates information to team members. Provide guidance and assistance on all issues. Conduct audits, team meetings to discuss workflows. Serve as back-up for other TLs, Supervisor of assigned team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a customer driven/service industry
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in assigned functional area
  • Demonstrated ability to direct work and lead people
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Time management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work well in rapidly changing environment
