About The Position

Cavalier Distributing is seeking a Nightshift Operations Team Lead for a full-time position. This role involves Monday through Friday work, typically starting around 3:00 PM until all work is completed, with very few weekend requirements (only 3-4 weekends per year, with two weeks' notice). The Team Lead is responsible for the success, productivity, and quality of supply chain distribution within the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role oversees Shipping Operations (Pickers) and/or Office Operations (e.g., Routers, Analysts, General Office Associates). The Team Lead collaborates with the Operations Manager to develop strategies for maximizing productivity, problem-solving, and leading teams towards continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of commensurate supply chain experience or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
Previous change management experience (driving, influencing and inspiring change through communication)
Technology background, ability to learn new programs easily
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to be on-call at various times.
Able to work most holidays.

Overseeing the success, productivity, and quality of supply chain distribution within the warehouse.
