About The Position

Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for an Operations Systems Analyst in a key support role at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. This role involves performing integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants. The analyst will develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

Requirements

  • BA and at least 8 years experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems OR High School or equivalent and at least 9 years with military or technical IT related training/certification courses.
  • Experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
  • Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.
  • Systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E.
  • Experience with JCIDs process 5000 series.
  • Experience with System variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V).
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Ability to organize, lead, and host large meetings, workshops, or conferences.
  • Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain a clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer at least 8 years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
