About The Position
SimVentions is looking for an Operations System Analyst to join their team. This individual will design and develop engineering standards and tests to evaluate the function of products and systems. They will also develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards. This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required.
- US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Linux
- Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
- Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
- Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
- Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
- Agile methodology
Responsibilities
- Electronic Warfare system software testing of government owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems.
- Development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems.
- Provide SME support in this role from a testing facet.
