The position involves managing various tasks related to purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements. Additionally, the role includes handling Human Resources administration and employee relations programs, managing records and information, performing accounting and/or financial analysis, monitoring credit and collections activities, managing the daily conversion of quotes to work orders, reviewing and approving vendor invoices, providing HR administrative assistance to management teams, encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication, and performing general office tasks.
