About The Position

TruTeam is seeking an energetic operational support professional to manage its busy branch office. This role is ideal for a reliable, well-organized individual who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The position involves managing various tasks related to purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements. Additionally, the role includes handling Human Resources administration and employee relations programs, managing records and information, performing accounting and/or financial analysis, monitoring credit and collections activities, managing the daily conversion of quotes to work orders, reviewing and approving vendor invoices, providing HR administrative assistance to management teams, encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication, and performing general office tasks. Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage records and information.
  • Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
