About The Position

The Operations Support Technician I assists and provides help in meeting daily production and miscellaneous tasks needs to achieve daily KPIs. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring cleanliness, and performing various cleaning and polishing tasks on parts and equipment. Continuous learning and teamwork are essential aspects of this position.

Requirements

• High School Graduate /GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with machine operation preferred 6 months to one year in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, have excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Continuous learning is a large part of this position.
• Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as an individual with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sandblasting machine parts for AR machines
• Maintaining Room Cleanliness and upholding Checklists.
• Aluminum Cut Out’s (Template Guidance).
• Cleaning (Hand Polish) Miscellaneous Parts, Copper Liners for Assembly work.
• Assist in the basic operation, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment by in accordance with to established maintenance procedures and calendars.
• Cleaning of Bisphera Edging Machines (Internal and external cleaning at end of day).
• Cleaning Ryvac Dust Collectors and Rigid ShopVacs.
• Cleaning of job trays to remove polish
• Other duties as requested.
