About The Position

The Operations Support Supervisor at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is responsible for overseeing RBT and operational tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a current and active RBT certification.
Must have at least 6 months of hands-on experience providing ABA services in the role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working with families of children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of Central Reach and Excel

Responsibilities

Serve as direct manager for clinic location RBT staff.
Oversee performance management system for direct reports, coordinating process between Ops, Clinical, and HR departments.
Ensure EBH policies and procedures are followed consistently, and provide related feedback to staff.
Provide tours for new potential patients and families.
Conduct RBT interviews and make hiring recommendations.
Execute on-site clinic events for staff and patients, including meetings.
Complete weekly approval of payroll and billing.
Manage location treatment schedule.
Assist with operational issues within the clinics.
Schedule meetings with clinical teams as needed.
Promptly answer the questions of staff or point them in the appropriate direction.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with employees.
Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Update logs and order forms.
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to operations leaders.
