This role is for a full-time Operations Support Specialist, Shift E, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Proficiency in Korean is required

Nice To Haves

Warehouse MHE experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
Confirm and reconcile monthly inventory for the internal raw material warehouse, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Follow up on customer requests related to raw material inventory stored in the warehouse, providing timely updates, availability confirmations, and required documentation.
