About The Position

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and supporting both customers and internal teams. In this role, you will help ensure customers remain compliant with their contractual obligations while assisting them in using the benefits Superior Auto provides.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lead problem solving with customers and vendors
Strong computer skills, including writing, documentation, and system updates
Clear communication and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Automotive customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor and track vehicle and customer compliance requirements
Work with Operations to resolve customer and vehicle-related compliance issues
Keep systems updated with current vehicle information and completed interventions
Monitor vehicle concerns and validate that proper resolutions are completed
Partner with Operations to provide customers with feedback on vehicle issues
Maintain documentation of vendor support provided to vehicles or customers
Communicate with dealerships to ensure customer and company concerns are addressed
