This role involves managing customer calls, dispatching service requests, handling tickets etc. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of office operations.

Requirements

  • Must type a minimum of 55 WPM
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Experience with dispatch and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and dispatch electrical service requests to appropriate field technicians.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Create, track, and manage service tickets in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Ensure all tickets are updated with relevant information and follow up on open tickets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and permits.
  • Prepare and process reports as needed for management review.
