Ready to lead a fast‑paced warehouse that keeps HVAC and Electrical teams running strong? Aire Serv is looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager who thrives in an organized, high‑accountability environment and loves making operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience (HVAC/Electrical a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse systems, KPIs, and inventory software.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution for HVAC/Electrical materials.
- Lead warehouse associates, Apprentices, and Parts Runners.
- Manage truck stock, special orders, emergency part runs, and warranty returns.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and compliant.
- Track tools, maintain accurate inventory, and reduce material loss.
- Work closely with Dispatch, Install Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
- Support Apprentice training and maintain vendor relationships.
