About The Position

The Operations Support Specialist plays a key part in coordinating onsite client equipment resources; logistics; and participating in shipping and receiving operations to ensure that each client’s engagement runs smoothly from setup through completion. Serving as a visible and dependable operational presence, this mid-level support position partners closely with meeting & event Coordinators, simulation staff, vendors, and service partners to resolve logistical challenges before they reach the client. Whether coordinating space setup, managing shipments, or maintaining facility standards, the Operations Support Specialist keeps the operational environment running smoothly to support efficient and professional client experience. This position is located in downtown Tampa at the USF Health CAMLS facility. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Mid-level support position
  • Must be eligible for a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check
