About The Position

This role involves working cross-functionally to solve issues and implement changes. The specialist will proactively communicate and collaborate with various departments to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation, maintenance, and updating of procedural/policy manuals, ensuring consistency between documented procedures and actual processing. The role also involves recommending process changes to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery, designing and developing training projects, serving as a liaison with the Training department, and acting as a resource for branch personnel regarding operating procedures and policies. Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by management are also part of the role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to solve issues and implement changes.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with various departments to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating various procedural/policy manuals.
  • Ensure consistency at all times between documented procedures and actual processing.
  • Recommend changes to processes with the goal of streamlining workflow processes and enhancing delivery of products and services.
  • Design and develop complex training and development projects, working with subject matter experts and members of the branch services leadership team.
  • Serve as the liaison with the Training department to ensure operation initiatives are in alignment and supported properly within the organization.
  • Act as a resource for branch personnel to clarify and verify operating procedures and policies.
  • Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned management.
