As the Operations Support Specialist I you'll manage client relationships, provide quality service, assist internal departments, follow up on escalations, and documentation request. You'll also support ad-hoc initiatives and projects to help increase efficiency and quality for the Operations team. Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's. Review documentation and requesting documentation when needed. Responsible for 24 hour refund/invoice submissions. Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, complete multiple task daily.
