About The Position

This role serves as an IS Operation Production Coordinator, providing crucial support to the Project Management Team. The position involves contributing input for the resolution of production changes or issues, evaluating escalations from Program and Project Management teams that require project-specific knowledge, and assisting the Project Management team in identifying and resolving issues. Key responsibilities include documenting parts requests, understanding and verifying Change Order requests by reviewing project drawings, coordinating and verifying information with the Engineering Team, and managing multiple project changes concurrently with the Sr. Master Planner. The role also emphasizes maintaining accurate records of quantities and timely updates, with the ability to report out on a regular cadence.

Requirements

  • 4 years of technical experience with Construction Projects
  • Knowledge of low voltage switchboard / switchgear design, installation, and use
  • Knowledge of local, state, & federal codes governing the installation and use of low voltage switchboards/switchgear.
  • Working knowledge in Autodesk suite of Engineering software including AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications and ProCore
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.
  • Interpreting customer specification requirements.
  • Ability to think outside the box to find creative and innovative solutions to reduce costs with no impact on quality, reliability or maintainability.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
