About The Position

Join Baker Tilly’s Global Trade Management team in an Operations Support role. As part of the Development Advisory team, this position will support a variety of services related to global trade and customs, including preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), special projects, and research. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytically strong, and eager to build a foundation in client service and project management within a growing advisory practice. Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various levels of client personnel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Involvement in professional or student organizations
