We are focused on ensuring flawless manufacturing and testing of chromatography media. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of Chemical, Operations, Manufacturing, or regulated environment experience preferred.
Experience with SAP or similar inventory control systems is desired.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Adept at using specialized manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
Proven ability to train and lead within a specialized area.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Technical and operational expertise.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
Proven problem-solving capabilities.
Strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science field (preferably Chemical Engineering), preferred.

Responsibilities

Address and report problems in daily manufacturing and propose effective countermeasures.
Complete projects as assigned and acquire high-quality results.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
Revise SOPs to enhance processes, improve readability, and minimize the risk of deviations.
Proactively identify areas for opportunity and drive efficient results.
Execute manufacturing protocols accurately and with limited supervision.
Become a process owner; provide training and technical leadership within the specialized area.
Perform duties within the corporate EH&S Standards.
Adhere to ISO13485 guidelines and the Thermo Fisher quality policy.
Interact effectively in a cross functional setting.
Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation.
Responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned daily (working O/T may be required).
