Operations Support Coordinator - Aerospace Manufacturing
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to support daily operations within our aerospace manufacturing facility in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on supporting production teams by maintaining accurate data, tracking part status, and ensuring that ERP system information reflects real-time shop floor activity. You will work closely with Production, Production Control, and Operations teams to ensure consistency between what is happening on the floor and what is recorded in the system. This position is best suited for someone with manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work with ERP systems or structured data systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with: Work orders, Labor tracking, Production reporting
- Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain production data, work orders, and labor information in the ERP system (Visual Manufacturing preferred)
- Track work orders, job status, and work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure system accuracy
- Support production and labor reporting to maintain operational visibility
- Validate that system data matches shop floor activity
- Communicate with production teams to resolve missing or incorrect data
- Support Production Control and Operations with data tracking and coordination tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or issues
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
