About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Support Specialist to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This role supports our Operations and Inventory teams by managing data, maintaining reports, tracking tasks, and keeping projects on schedule. If you enjoy structure, love checklists, and are confident in Excel/Google Sheets, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, people-first organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in administrative, operations, or project support roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters; pivot tables a plus)
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track large checklists and operational tasks across multiple departments
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and updates in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Support scheduling, communication, and workflow tracking for Operations
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Assist with general office coordination and internal communication
