About The Position

Valiant is looking for an Operations Support Cell Leader to join their team. This role involves supervising a team within the JRTC Joint Operations Center, primarily supporting P/EMC and OPFOR, while also providing assistance to other departments. The position requires managing personnel, training, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of various systems during rotational exercises. A key aspect of the role is maintaining visibility of tracking for live and constructive entities and liaising with senior military personnel.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance
1.5 years’ Experience as a Joint Operations Center TAFF Asst Lead.
Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.
Must submit to and pass drug screen as required (pre-employment and random).

Nice To Haves

Prior military or civilian experience commensurate with the position.
Experience in a Windows operating system environment.
Experience with audio/video systems and their capabilities.
Experience with the Instrumentation System (IS).

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of 9 personnel in the JRTC Joint Operations Center that primarily supports P/EMC (Z01/Z03/Z05/Z06/JOC Battle CPT) and OPFOR.
Provides assistance to G2, G3, G1/G4, and COG.
Responsible for the digital compilation of slides and the presentation for the daily EXCON/HICOM WG meeting.
Assists with testing and troubleshooting of the JRTC-IS System and the RCS Mod Low-side workstations.
Responsible for the training, scheduling and managing the level of effort for all Operations Support Cell personnel.
Oversees and maintains visibility of all instrumented tracking regarding live and constructive entities during rotational exercises to assist in the live and constructive COP.
Assist in scheduling and operation of the industrial shredding machine for post rotational security operations.
Supervises the preparation, recording, and production of all Instrumentation requirements for the COG during Battle Exercises utilizing the.
Liaisons with Senior Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers on a daily basis.
Other duties as assigned.
