The Opportunity We are seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our team at our JFK Station in Inwood, NY. This role is a critical backfill combining logistics operations with a strong focus on accounting and financial coordination. You will support both the execution of freight movements and the accuracy of revenue, invoicing, and reporting processes, making you a key contributor to the station’s overall performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and thrives in a role that blends operational coordination with analytical and financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance support, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with data and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage both operational and financial tasks.
