Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong accounting and balancing knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Banking, credit union, or financial services experience
Experience with ACH processing and operations
Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act
Compliance, auditing, or operational support experience

Responsibilities

Process, research, correct, and track EFT and ACH transactions while responding to related inquiries.
Provide card services support, including file maintenance, PIN requests, card recovery assistance, and operational reporting.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.
Support procedural compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Act Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance throughout the organization.
Conduct branch audits and reviews of operational and loan procedures to ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
Serve as the primary resource and subject matter expert for teller operations across the organization.
Prepare operational reports and provide back-office support to various departments.
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist members and employees by providing accurate information, guidance, and solutions.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the credit union.
