As our Operations Support Assistant your primary role will be to provide coordination and support of Sales, Operations, and Field Service within our Pumps Division. You will be responsible for customer relationships, order processing, and inventory control. You will place orders and provide detailed quotes for our internal and external customers. You will assist customers with diagnosis of their pumps to determine parts needed for repairs or replacement. You will process, track, and close out orders in our system. You will work closely with our Sales and Field Service teams to ensure they have information, parts, or inventory that they need to do their jobs.
