Operations Support Analyst

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience analyzing sales, expenses, profitability, and operational performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to leverage data to address business challenges.
- Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques to support decision-making.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent internal customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud-based analytics environments.
- Experience developing automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, or operational research methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial and operational forecasts.
- Analyze sales, payroll, expense, and profit performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Compare actual business results against plans and forecast expectations, highlighting key drivers behind variances.
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations that support organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Support the Lead Analyst with ongoing strategic and operational projects.
- Utilize data and analytical tools to improve workflow efficiency and support business decision-making.
